Most of this small sample of proclamations was taken from 3 chapters of the Al Bukhari hadith. There are thousands of scientific proclamations like this throughout the Islamic scriptures. Hadeeth No. 3095, Narrated Abu Huraira, Mahommed had medical knowledge revealed to him by the archangel Gabriel
The Prophet said "If a house fly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease."

It is true that recent science has discovered that some insects carry a small amount of antibiotics however the antibiotic carried in a fly will not be able to neutralise its pathogenic bacteria in the human gut and eating flies will cause diseases in humans.

Shai Muslim Hadeeth No.2996, narrated Aysha, it is hard to have bells ringing in your head:
Al Harith bin Hisham asked the Prophet, "How does the divine inspiration come to you?" He replied, "In all these ways: The Angel sometimes comes to me with a voice which resembles the sound of a ringing bell, and when this state abandons me, I remember what the Angel has said, and this type of Divine Inspiration is the hardest on me; and sometimes the Angel comes to me in the shape of a man and talks to me, and I understand and remember what he says."

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No.3082, Narrated Abu Huraira, beware of rats as they could be Jews, this is how to tell:
The Prophet said, "A group of Israelites were lost. Nobody knows what they did. But I do not see them except that they were cursed and changed into rats, for if you put the milk of a she-camel in front of a rat, it will not drink it, but if the milk of a sheep is put in front of it, it will drink it.

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No. 3080, Narrated Abu Huraira, beware of braying donkeys!
The Prophet said, "When you hear the crowing of cocks, ask for Allah's Blessings for (their crowing indicates that) they have seen an angel. And when you hear the braying of donkeys, seek Refuge with Allah from Satan for (their braying indicates) that they have seen a Satan."

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No. 3091, Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah. Keep your children close to you at night and cover your utensils.
The Prophet said, "Cover your utensils and tie your water skins, and close your doors and keep your children close to you at night, as the devils spread out at such time and snatch things away. When you go to bed, put out your lights, for the mischief-doer may drag away the wick of the candle and burn the dwellers of the house."

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No. 3042, Narrated Rafi bin Khadij
I heard the Prophet saying, "Fever is from the heat of the (Hell) Fire; so cool it with water."

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No. 3076, Narrated Ibn Umar
That he heard the Prophet delivering a sermon on the pulpit saying, "Kill snakes and kill Dhu-at-Tufyatain (i.e. a snake with two white lines on its back) and ALBATROSS (i.e. a snake with short or mutilated tail) for they destroy the sight of one's eyes and bring about abortion." ('Abdullah bin 'Umar further added): Once while I was chasing a snake in order, to kill it, Abu Lubaba called me saying: "Don't kill it," I said. "Allah's Apostle ordered us to kill snakes." He said, "But later on he prohibited the killing of snakes living in the houses." (Az-Zubri said. "Such snakes are called Al-Awamir.")

Hadeeth No. 3078, Narrated Abu Huraira, career counselling
Allah's Apostle said, "The main source of disbelief is in the east. Pride and arrogance are characteristics of the owners of horses and camels, and those bedouins who are busy with their camels and pay no attention to Religion; while modesty and gentleness are the characteristics of the owners of sheep.

Shai Bukhari Hadeeth No. 3006, Narrated Abu Talha
I heard Allah's Apostle saying; "Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house wherein there is a dog or a picture of a living creature (a human being or an animal)."

Hadeeth No. 3008, Narrated Salim's father
Once Gabriel promised the Prophet (that he would visit him, but Gabriel did not come) and later on he said, "We, angels, do not enter a house which contains a picture or a dog."

Hadeeth No. 3098, Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar. Allah's Apostle ordered that the dogs should be killed

Hadeeth No. 3100, Narrated Sufyan bin Abi Zuhair Ash-Shani, beware of keeping a dog as you might loose the benefit of all your good deedsT
he heard Allah's Apostle saying, "If somebody keeps a dog that is neither used for farm work nor for guarding the livestock, he will lose one Qirat (of the reward) of his good deeds everyday ( as long as he keeps the dog )

Sahih Muslim B24,5248, the puppy killer
When it was evening Gabriel met him and he said to him: you promised me that you would meet me the previous night. He said: Yes, but we do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture. Then on that very morning he commanded the killing of the dogs until he announced that the dog kept for the orchards should also be killed, but he spared the dog meant for the protection of extensive fields (or big gardens).

Shai Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 110: Narrated Aisha:
(the wife of the Prophet) I bought a cushion having on it pictures (of animals). When Allah's Apostle saw it, he stood at the door and did not enter. I noticed the sign of disapproval on his face and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I repent to Allah and His Apostle. What sin have I committed?' Allah's Apostle said. "What is this cushion?" I said, "I have bought it for you so that you may sit on it and recline on it." Allah's Apostle said, "The makers of these pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, 'Give life to what you have created (i.e., these pictures).' " The Prophet added, "The Angels of (Mercy) do not enter a house in which there are pictures (of animals)."

Mahommed was a gynaecologist Quran 2:222- They ask thee concerning women's courses. Say: They are a hurt and a pollution: So keep away from women in their courses, and do not approach them until they are clean. But when they have purified themselves, ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah. For Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean.

Volume 7, Book 71, Number 604: Narrated Ka'b bin Ujrah: slaughter a sheep to treat head lice
The Prophet came to me during the period of Al-Hudaibiya, while I was lighting fire underneath a cooking pot and lice were falling down my head. He said, "Do your lice hurt your?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Shave your head and fast for three days or feed six poor persons or slaughter a sheep as a sacrifice:"

Jesus used to touch and heal the lepers but Mahommed had a better way to deal with leprosy.
Shai Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 608: Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, '(There is) no 'Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah's permission). nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion ''

Mahommed was a dermatologist, treatment for black spots,
Shai Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 635:
Narrated Um Salama: that the Prophet saw in her house a girl whose face had a black spot. He said. "She is under the effect of an evil eye; so treat her with a Ruqya."

The prophet was a psychoanalist, how to interpret dreams
Shai Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 643: Narrated Abu Qatada:
I heard the Prophet saying, "A good dream is from Allah, and a bad dream is from Satan. So if anyone of you sees (in a dream) something he dislikes, when he gets up he should blow thrice (on his left side) and seek refuge with Allah from its evil for then it will not harm him."

The prophet himself was not immune to the magical arts.
Shai Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 660: Narrated Aisha:
Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said: That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect).

Comment: I suspect that he was not afflicted by magical powers but the cause of his distress was different. He had 11 wives and some sources say 36 female slaves so I guess that he was sometimes loosing count of who he had slept with.

However not to worry the prophet had the cure for magic.
Volume 7, Book 71, Number 663: Narrated Saud:
The Prophet said, "If somebody takes some 'Ajwa dates every morning, he will not be effected by poison or magic on that day till night." (Another narrator said seven dates).

More magic wisdom. Volume 7, Book 71, Number 666: Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar:
Allah's Apostle said, "there is neither 'Adha nor Tiyara, and an evil omen is only in three: a horse, a woman and a house."

Farting and praying do not mix - Shai Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 137:
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The prayer of a person who does ,Hadath (passes, urine, stool or wind) is not accepted till he performs (repeats) the ablution." A person from Hadaramout asked Abu Huraira, "What is 'Hadath'?" Abu Huraira replied, " 'Hadath' means the passing of wind from the anus."

Volume 1, Book 4, Number 139: Narrated 'Abbas bin Tamim:
My uncle asked Allah's Apostle about a person who imagined to have passed wind during the prayer. Allah' Apostle replied: "He should not leave his prayers unless he hears sound or smells something."

And on the day of judgment - Shai Muslim Book 019, Number 4309:
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: On the Day of Judgment there will be a flag fixed behind the buttocks of every person guilty of the breach of faith.

Personal hygene Volume 1, Book 4, Number 162: Narrated Abu Huraira: Make sure you use the right number of stones. The Prophet said, "Whoever performs ablution should clean his nose with water by putting the water in it and then blowing it out, and whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do it with odd number of stones."

Volume 1, Book 4, Number 215: Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The price of urine drops on your clothes. Once the Prophet, while passing through one of the grave-yards of Medina or Mecca heard the voices of two persons who were being tortured in their graves. The Prophet said, "These two persons are being tortured not for a major sin The Prophet then added, "Yes! (they are being tortured for a major sin). Indeed, one of them never saved himself from being soiled with his urine

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 404: Narrated Anas:
The Prophet said, "None of you should spit in front or on his right but he could spit either on his left or under his foot."

Mahommed was an astronomer - Quran 067.005 - And certainly We have adorned this lower heaven with lamps and We have made these missiles for the Shaitans, and We have prepared for them the chastisement of burning.
Comment: Shooting stars are not missiles to burn the infidels and demons, they are meteorites!

Ishaq:255“Jewish rabbis came to the Apostle and asked him , ‘Why does a boy resemble his mother when the semen comes from the father?’ Muhammad replied, ‘Do you not know that a man’s semen is white and thick and a woman’s is yellow and thin? The likeness goes with that which comes to the top.
